Dr. Austin Aibel

Dr. Austin Aibel is a psychologist and mental health coach who blends clinical expertise with a deeply human, compassionate approach. Her work focuses on helping clients cultivate self-awareness, emotional steadiness, and practical tools for everyday wellbeing. Through personalized, in-home coaching, Dr. Aibel meets clients where they are — creating a supportive, grounded space for growth and sustainable change.

Dr. Aibel earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2022, following the completion of her Master’s degree in 2019. Dr. Aibel has practiced and trained in various clinical settings. She began her training at Francis Xavier Warde, a middle school in Chicago, where she focused on intellectual and learning assessment. From there, she continued her work at the Eating Recovery Center in Chicago, providing care across multiple levels of treatment. She then went on to train at DePaul University, where she focused on supporting college-aged students with a range of general mental health concerns. For her doctoral internship, Dr. Aibel trained at the Wake Forest University Counseling Center as part of their Eating Disorders and Assessment Treatment Team. She later completed her postdoctoral fellowship at a private practice in Chicago, where she primarily treated eating disorders, body image concerns, and anxiety.

In January 2024, Dr. Aibel opened her own private practice, where she provides specialized psychological care for individuals navigating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Her clinical work inspired a separate venture — On Course — which she co-founded with her friend and collaborator, Avery Celecki. Through On Course, Dr. Aibel offers in-home mental health coaching focused on the here and now, helping clients build confidence, balance, and sustainable emotional wellbeing.

Avery Celecki CCI

Avery Celecki is a former college swimmer and athlete who trained for the Olympics in modern pentathlon. Having spent years in competitive sport, Avery developed a deep understanding of how athletic culture, performance expectations, and external pressures can influence one’s relationship with food, body, and self-worth. These experiences shaped her passion for helping others rebuild that relationship through compassion, balance, and self-awareness.

Avery’s approach to coaching is grounded in the belief that food is more than fuel — it is connection, creativity, and community. She helps clients cultivate a healthy foundation at home, developing the skills and confidence to carry that balance into the world. With a caring nature and a genuine love of people, Avery works with individuals to rediscover joy in nourishment, strengthen self-trust, and build resilience in everyday life.

Drawing on her background in coaching and her love of supporting others through personal growth, Avery brings empathy, structure, and encouragement to each session. She provides mental health coaching for those navigating a variety of struggles, from disordered eating and body image concerns to emotional wellbeing and self-confidence. Avery is proud to offer this work as part of a joint venture with Dr. Austin Aibel, united by their shared commitment to helping individuals find freedom, balance, and confidence in both mind and body.
